Assumptions:
- Each session is planned for 3 – 5 participants from the company. A larger session usually requires a different agenda and additional sessions can be added.
- One team member is assigned to time keeping and one member is assigned to capture action items.
- Whiteboard or large sticky post-it notes.
- Live net connection with an appropriate video display system (HDMI or VGA input).
